Principal Consultant
The Principal Consultant and founder of Lucet Corporation, Syed has extensive experience in infrastructure services, identity management, messaging, data management, and collaboration. He has designed, managed, and implemented numerous solutions to enable his clients to better manage their computing environments.

Syed has served as the primary consultant on site at a variety of exchange and NT domain migration engagements. Syed is often called into engagements to rescue failing migration engagements because of his reputation and migration expertise. Syed has an extremely strong background managing technology initiatives for clients in multiple industries such as automotive, government, and finance.

Before forming Lucet Corp., Syed had worked in compliance and auditing and brings an understanding and
sensitivity to client regulatory and compliance needs. He also actively helps clients come to understand the
best way to utilize their existing technology investments while approaching new initiatives with a resolve that balances the technical solutions with the business needs.

In addition to Quest toolset subject matter expertise, Syed has a strong background in project management, environmental assessment, application inventory/deployment and helping clients build solid efficient computing environments.

Earl Flack
Unix Management
As Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and with Lucet Corporation, Earl brings a wide variety of experience providing holistic solutions in the areas of UNIX/Linux systems, enterprise storage, backup and recovery, high availability, and server consolidations. He has designed, implemented, and managed, technical solutions he and his team successfully deployed in US and international data centers.

Earl is a Gulf War Veteran with 20 years of technology experience in manufacturing, financial, government, and insurance environments. He has been engaged numerous times throughout his career to turn around unreliable server environments and upgrade aging storage systems. Earl has deployed all tiers of UNIX/Linux server hardware to effectively meet diverse business needs, from small embedded systems providing accurate corporate time to high end enterprise HP SuperDome and Sun F15k enterprise servers supporting corporate financials and large database functions.

To ensure the technology solutions are proactively maintained and managed, Earl has always ensured that effective monitoring and alerting is in place to notify administrative teams and business units of potential issues in a timely fashion.

Before joining Lucet Corp., Earl managed the UNIX and Data Storage Group for a California insurance company. In that capacity he lead the corporate migration from Microsoft and HP-UX application and database platforms to a Linux PC server based architecture. He was also responsible for the overhaul of corporate enterprise disaster recovery methods, reducing production system business recovery time from two days to less than one hour.

Imran Mussani, PMP
VP, Project Management Office
Over the past fifteen years, Imran has developed a well-rounded successful career in project and program management; beginning in the medical field, then General Motors, Covisint a software solutions company, and GMAC.

Beginning as a developer for the University of Michigan, Imran created corporate web sites, database survey applications, and developed sites for the University. His experience includes CGI scripting in Perl, Java applet design, and Identity Management (using Microsoft’s MIIS platform). Imran has provided client management, long-term strategy development, software standards development, and solutions/strategies consultation. Imran trained clients in various web applications, designed templates for internal and client use, and managed a team of eight web designers and application developers.

In his consulting work, Imran has managed the launch of production eCommerce systems, designed and deployed content management solutions, managed upgrades, maintained multiple environments across several data centers, and provided international support. After becoming a solutions engineer, Imran’s responsibilities broadened into technical sales, including integration solutions. As such he performed market analysis with sales proposal templates he developed. As a sales executive he was responsible for North American and European sales accounts such as Hagemeyer, EDS, and Boise.

Imran provided Program Management solutions for GMAC. He was responsible for MIC’s Portal Program and Consumer Direct eCommerce solutions. With an annual budget of $4 million, Imran produced over $400 million in revenues, completed several migrations on time and on budget, and managed a team of six business analysts and data architects.

To Lucet, Imran brings his formidable business acumen, software Project Management, and Product Management skills. Imran also brings his in-depth knowledge of eCommerce, automotive, finance, and healthcare industries. Imran has degrees in Computer & Information Systems and Biochemistry from the University of Michigan.
